This invention relates to novel amino substituted benzonitrile derivatives and to pharmaceutical compositions containing the novel amino substituted benzonitrile derivatives. This invention relates to a pharmaceutical combination of a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) and a selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM). Particularly, this invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising cis-6-phenyl-5-(4-(2-pyrrolidin-1-yl-ethoxy)-phenyl)-5,6,7,8tetrahydronapthalene-2-ol, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and a selective androgen receptor modulator. This invention also relates to methods of treatment using the pharmaceutical composition comprising cis-6-phenyl-5-(4-(2-pyrrolidin-1-yl-ethoxy)-phenyl)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydronapthalene2-ol, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and a selective androgen receptor modulator.
