  Compounds of the formula wherein Rf is perfluoroalkyl of 3 to 18 carbon atoms, R, is hydrogen or lower alkyl, m is 1 to 3 and n is 1 or 2, are prepared by eliminating HX (X being a leaving group) from which is prepared by treating with a peroxide.
