    为了开发新的抗炎剂,报道了两组三嗪类衍生物的设计、合成、药理活性和对接研究。通过药效团杂交法合成了由三嗪、香草醛和苯基吡唑组成的九种化合物(5a-5d 和 10a-10e)。在使用光谱方法(FT-IR 和 NMR 光谱数据)确认合成化合物的结构后,使用角叉菜胶诱导的雄性 Wistar 大鼠(200-220 g)的爪水肿模型评估它们的抗炎活性。剂量为 100 和 200 mg/kg。一组大鼠接受吲哚美辛 (10 mg/kg) 作为标准药物。在化合物 5a 至 5d 中,只有化合物 5c 和 5d 显示出显着的抗炎作用(p< 0.01)。此外,剂量为 (200 mg/kg) 的化合物 10a 和两种剂量的化合物 10b、10c、10d 和 10e 都显示出显着的抗炎活性,并且对于 10a (200 mg/kg) 和 10b 和 10e 两种剂量的这种效果均与消炎痛相当。虽然吲哚美辛将爪水肿减少了

    that GaMF1 inhibits ATP synthase activity by binding to the loop. GaMF1 is bactericidal and is active against multidrug‐ as well as bedaquiline‐resistant strains.     <p>Based on 4,6-dimethylpyrimidine-2-thiol hydrochloride a series of its novel S-substituted derivatives including bi- and tricyclic heterosystems with a combination of azines and pyrazole cycles in the molecule were synthesized. The preliminary biological screening has shown that the obtained compounds have a pronounced plants growth-stimulating activity, which is a new property for these heterosystems.
