  摘要：

  Some N-aminotriazines and -triazoles were treated with Preyssler's anion as catalyst in acetic acid to afford the corresponding deaminated triazines and triazoles. The reaction is suggested to proceed via formation of N-nitrosamines with subsequent N-NO bond cleavage.

  摘要 4-Amino-3-mercapto-6-methyl-1,2,4-triazin-5(4H)-one (1) 及其 5-thioxo 衍生物 4 在不同反应条件下与苯甲酰卤反应得到 S -phenacyl 衍生物 2a,b, 5 以及相应的三嗪基 [3,4-b][1,3,4] 噻二嗪 3a,b, 6。用丙烯腈处理 1 得到 4-amino-3-(2-氰乙基）硫代-6-甲基-1,2,4-triazin-5(4H)-one (7)，其与各种醛缩合得到相应的苯胺 10a-c。10b的酸水解得到相应的酸11，而7在相同条件下产生4-氨基-3-羟基-6-甲基-5(4H)-氧代-1,2,4-三嗪盐酸盐(12)。一些新化合物表现出抗菌和抗真菌活性。

  corresponding anils 10a-c. Acid hydrolysis of 10b gave the corresponding acid 11, whereas 7 yielded 4-amino-3-hydroxy-6-methyl-5(4H)-oxo-1,2,4-triazine hydrochloride (12) under the same condition. Some new compounds exhibited antibacterial and antifungal activities.
