  (EN) Compound of formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a prodrug thereof wherein E represents -CH2- or -CH2CH2-; R represents hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl; Q represents a moiety of formula Qa, Qb, Qc or Qd which are antagonists of dopamine receptor subtypes within the brain, having a selective affinity for the dopamine D4 receptor subtype over other dopamine receptor subtypes, and are accordingly of benefit in the treatment and/or prevention of psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia whilst manifesting fewer side-effects than those associated with classical neuroleptic drugs.(FR) Composé de formule (I) ou sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable ou promédicament de ce dernier. Dans cette formule E représente -CH2- ou -CH2CH2-; R représente hydrogène ou C1-6 alkyle; Q représente une fraction de formule Qa, Qb, Qc ou Qd. Ces composés sont des antagonistes de sous-types de récepteur de dopamine dans le cerveau, possèdent une affinité sélective pour le sous-type de récepteur de dopamine D4 par rapport à d'autres sous-types de récepteur de dopamine et sont par conséquent bénéfiques dans le traitement et/ou la prophylaxie des dérèglements pyschotiques tels que la schizophrénie tout en induisant moins d'effets secondaires que les neuroleptiques classiques.
