Abstract The present study deals with the synthesis and characterization by single-crystal X-ray analysis and IR spectroscopy of two new Copper (II) complexes with bidentate Schiff base ligand [Nʹ-(propan-2-ylidene) thiophene-2-carbohydrazide] (HL). Depending on the copper salt used in the synthesis, a mononuclear or doubly chloro bridged dinuclear Copper (II) complexes of respective formula [Cu(L)2] (1)
摘要本研究通过单晶X射线分析和红外光谱研究了两种新的带有双齿席夫碱配体[Nʹ-(丙烷-2-亚烷基)噻吩-2-碳酰肼]的铜(II)配合物的合成和表征。 (HL)。取决于合成中使用的铜盐,分别为式[Cu(L)2](1)和[Cu2(μ-Cl)2(HL)2Cl2]的单核或双氯桥联双核铜(II)配合物( 2)已获得。配合物2的磁性研究表明,金属中心之间存在弱的反铁磁相互作用。为了测定两种配合物的抗氧化性能,使用了ABTS自由基清除和铜(II)-新古铜[Cu(II)–Nc](CUPRAC)还原的方法。对于两种抗氧化剂测定,1比2更有效。最后,
