Electronic Absorption, Magnetic Circular Dichroism, and Circular Dichroism Spectra of<i>cis</i>- and<i>trans</i>-[Pd(Cl)<sub>2</sub>(N)<sub>2</sub>]-type Complexes and Their Electronic Structures
