  本发明涉及一种氟维司群中间体的制备方法。该制备方法包括如下步骤：以化合物Ⅰ为原料，于第一有机溶剂中在卤化亚铜的催化下与格氏试剂反应，制得化合物Ⅱ；格氏试剂为MgBr(CH2)8CH2OTBS；将化合物Ⅱ于酸性条件下进行脱保护基反应，得到含有化合物Ⅲ的氟维司群中间体粗品；及将所氟维司群中间体粗品与Girard试剂于第二有机溶剂中反应，反应结束后除去溶剂，加入碱、水及第一有机萃取剂进行萃取；萃取后取水相并在水相中加入酸进行水解反应；所述水解反应结束后调节pH值至6‑7，分液取水相加入第二有机萃取剂萃取，合并所述分液步骤所得的有机相及对所述水相萃取所得的有机相，除去溶剂，制得化合物Ⅲ；其分离工序简单且7a构型产物纯度较高。
