    Condensation of 3-triethoxysilylpropylamine with malonic amide was studied. The condensation products, dicarboxylic acid diamides (malonic and phthalic), were used for peretherification with triethanolamine and thus new representatives of silatran series compounds were prepared: N,N'-bis(3-triethoxysilyl)malonic diamide and -phthalic diamide. By hydrolytic polycondensation of N,N'-bis(3-triethoxysilyl)malonic diamide we synthesized an organosilicon polymer with silsesquioxane structure, which we studied as a sorbent of platinum group metals rhodium, palladium and platinum. Peculiar features of sorption activity of the polymer and speculative mechanism of metal sorption are discussed.

    A simple β-diamide ligand was immobilized by the sol–gel process on hybrid silica for Cu-mediated O-arylation reactions. Combined with 5% of CuI, the latter can easily be recovered and reused to generate diarylethers under smooth conditions from cheap aryl bromides in an eco-friendly solvent (MIBK). Besides, negligible metal leaching occurred after reaction in solution from the supported catalyst.

    本发明提供一种合成酰胺烷基烷氧基硅烷的工艺方法。采用羧酸酯和氨烷基烷氧基硅烷为原料进行加热回流反应,必要时可以添加醇钠作为催化剂,使酯与氨基发生酰胺化反应,生成酰胺烷基烷氧基硅烷目的产物和副产物醇。反应完成后用少量氯硅烷中和醇钠催化剂,然后常压蒸馏除去醇类等低沸物,再减压蒸馏除去未反应的高沸点原料。目的产物转化率可达90%以上,过程中副产物醇不会使原料及产物中的烷氧基硅基水解。目的产物还可以进一步精馏提纯,可以用作偶联剂、交联剂或合成硅树脂单体等。

    New hybrid silica based materials containing malonamide ligands have been prepared by sol–gel hydrolysis condensation of functionalised precursors. These hybrids proved to be highly efficient extracting solids which compare favorably to related silica materials.
