  The reaction of 1,1,1-trimethyl(allyldifluoro)disiloxane with hexamethyldisiloxane gives rise to previously unknown alpha,omega-bis(trimethylsiloxy)oligoallylfluorosiloxanes Me3SiO(FRSiO)(n)SiMe3 (n = 1-3) and alpha-(trimethylsiloxy)-omega-allyldifluorosiloxyoligoallylfluorosiloxanes Me3SiO(FRSiO)(m)SiRF2 (m = 1 and 2), where R = CH2=CHCH2.
