  Compositions for treating diseases in circulatory organs are provided which comprise a piperazine compound of the formula (wherein R, is a lower alkyl group; R2 is a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group; A is a straight or branched alkylene) or a salt thereof and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The compositions have the effect of reducing blood pressure (Fig. 1) and improving circulatory disorders.
