Synthesis, characterization and cholinesterase enzymes inhibitory activity of 1-[3-methyl-5-(2,6,6-trimethyl-cyclohex-1-enyl)-4,5-dihydro-pyrazol-1-yl]-ethanone

Abstract The crystal structure of the title compound, 1-[3-methyl-5-(2,6,6-trimethyl-cyclohex-1-enyl)-4,5-dihydro-pyrazol-1-yl]-ethanone has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P212121. The FTIR as well as the 1 H and 13 C NMR spectra of the compound were also recorded and briefly discussed. Compound 1 demonstrated good inhibitory activity
