  Disclosed are novel substituted amino triazoles of Formula (I), and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The compounds of Formula (I) are inhibitors of Acidic mammalian chitinase (AMCase) and are useful, in a non-limiting example, for treating asthma.
