化学试剂

化学试剂通常称为试剂(reagent),是一大类具有各种标准纯度的纯化学物质,广泛应用于教育、科学研究、分析测试,并作为某些新型工业所需的功能性材料和原料。化学试剂种类繁多,在国际上已达数万种之多,我国也有数千种在日常中使用。

化学试剂的分类方法尚未统一,通常按照学科和实际用途进行划分。例如德国伊默克(E·Merck)公司的目录将其分为十二大类七十小类。大多数国家则根据应用范围来划分。我们主要将试剂分为四类:

  1. 通用试剂:泛指符合标准纯度的有机试剂与无机试剂,常用于科学研究、分析测试及合成反应等。

  2. 分析试剂

    • 化学分析试剂:专门用于化学反应分析的测试物品。其中,
      • 标准基准试剂:直接用来配制或标定容量分析中的标准溶液的纯化合物。
      • 指示剂:用于指示滴定终点,分为pH指示剂、氧化还原指示剂、吸附指示剂、金属指示剂及荧光指示剂等。
    • 仪器分析试剂
      • 光谱纯试剂:适用于光谱分析,常以SP表示。
      • 色谱纯试剂:专用于气相色谱仪和液相色谱仪的分析。
      • 氘代试剂:专门用于核磁共振分析。
  3. 电子工业试剂

    • MOS试剂:符合ASTM “O”级标准,是微电子专用试剂。
    • 高纯试剂:包括4N(99.99%)和5N(99.999%)级别的超高纯试剂,用于科学研究、物理化学痕量分析、光纤通讯、微电子与半导体等行业。
    • 光学纯试剂及特殊性能的精细化工产品,如光刻胶。
  4. 生化试剂:即生物化学试剂,包括由生物体提取或合成的基本化学物质。主要作为对生物体成分研究和分析鉴定的重要试剂。涵盖临床免疫试剂、基因工程试剂、细胞培养试剂、激素类物质、毒物致癌研究用试剂及防霉杀虫研究用试剂等。这类试剂对于探索生命奥秘、防治疾病等科学研究与检验至关重要,涉及医学和药物学的纯化学制品。
