制备方法与用途

概述

肝内的谷草转氨酶(AST)有两种同工酶:存在于线粒体中的mAST和胞浆内的sAST。在轻度肝细胞病变时,仅sAST会释放入血;而当肝脏严重受损时,mAST也会相继释放到血液中。因此,血清AST的活性会随着肝细胞损害程度的增加而升高。

用途

谷草转氨酶广泛存在于人体的心脏、肝脏、肾脏、大脑和骨骼肌等组织中。当这些组织发生损伤或病变时,AST从细胞内逸出进入血液,导致其活力增高。临床上,谷草转氨酶常被用作心肌梗死和心肌炎的辅助检查指标。
