    A quartz crystal resonator is utilized to effect evaluation of viscoelastic nature of a film deposited on an electrode by electrochemical reaction. The quartz crystal resonator 1 is connected to a resonator characteristic measurement unit comprised of an oscillating circuit 2, a frequency counter 3, and an amplitude level meter 4. An electrochemical measurement unit in the form of a potentiostat 7 is connected to a working electrode given in the form of one of electrodes of the resonator 1, a reference electrode 5 and a counter electrode 6. These circuits 3, 4 and 7 are connected to a CPU 8. The resonator 1, reference electrode 5 and counter electrode 6 are dipped into an electrolyte solution in an electrochemical cell 9. In another mode, the system utilizes a quartz crystal resonator precoated with a macromolecule sensitive film for analyzing diffusion and viscosity variation in the film due to migration of electrochemically active substances relative to the film during the course of the electrochemical reaction.

    A positive type or negative type photoresist composition for fine processing having excellent resolution, sensitivity, adhesive-ness and developability comprising: (a) an alkali soluble resin or a resin having anti-alkali dissolution groups in the molecules thereof, (b) a light-sensitive compound, and (c) at least one organic compound selected from the group consisting of organic phosphorus acid compounds and esters thereof in an amount of 0.001 to 10% by weight based on a weight of the resin.     The present invention relates to a method of detection and determination of toxic agents, characterized by the following steps: reacting at least one substrate with an enzymatic system comprising the FAc and FAl enzymes with formation of at least one product P; measuring the concentration of said at least one product P; causing an interaction of the enzymatic system with at least one toxic agent included in the compounds having an organo-phosphoric and/or organo-halogenated structure, present in the matrix submitted to analysis, by addition to said at least one substrate and to the enzymatic system of a sample to be analysed; measuring the concentration reduction in said at least one product P by detection of a signal of an electric nature. In addition, the present invention relates to a bi- or tri-enzymatic biosensor.

    The present invention provides a composition for a flame-retardant flexible polyurethane foam comprising:(A) 100 parts by weight of a polyol component containing a polyether polyol having at least 2 hydroxyl groups and a number average molecular weight of 2,000 to 5,000; (B) 3 to 50 parts by weight of a melamine-based flame retardant having an average particle diameter of 30 to 60 µm; (C) 5 to 35 parts by weight of an additive-type phosphorus-containing flame retardant; (D) 0.01 to 2 parts by weight of a catalyst; (E) 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a blowing agent; (F) 0.1 to 3 parts by weight of a silicone foam stabilizer; and (G) a polyisocyanate component in an amount corresponding to an isocyanate index of 90 to 120. The composition of the present invention enables a highly flame-retardant polyurethane foam to be obtained even with the use of a general-purpose polyol.
