  Diketone dioximes and p-quinone dioximes react with hexamethyldisilazane to form O,O′-bis(trimethylsilyl)-derivatives. Diketone dioximes with hexamethylcyclotrisilazane give compounds of high molecular weight. Properties and structures of the prepared compounds have been investigated.
