  Reactions of [ N -(trimethylsilyl)aminomethyl]phosphonates with organophosphorus acid chlorides was studied, which allowed to develop convenient synthetic approaches to novel phosphorus-substrituted dialkylamides of organophosphorus acids, including a PCH2NP fragment. Certain properties of the resulting compounds are presented.
