  Organoarsenic derivatives of the type R2As X R′ (X =O, S, Se) have been prepared by the reaction ofdialkyl(diethylamino)arsines with alcohols, thiols and selenols. The yields in these reactions are quantitative.By-products, which were formed in most of the previously reportedsyntheses of these compounds, were not observed. The dialkyl(diethylamino)arsines were synthesized fromdichloro(diethyl-amino)arsine
