  In this contribution, we describe a selective synthesis of phosphoramidates employing diphenyl ditelluride as a simple and readily available organic catalyst. To optimize the reaction conditions, a full factorial design was carried out, demonstrating that the temperature is the critical factor for the P(O)–N bonding formation.
