    Novel substituted nitrodiphenyl ethers, herbicidal compositions containing them, processes for the preparation thereof and the use thereof for combating weeds. Novel compounds are provided which exhibit activity as herbicides for combating weeds. The novel compounds have the formula: wherein X is hydrogen, halo, trihalomethyl, alkyl, cyano or nitro; X' is hydrogen, halo or trihalomethyl; X2 is trihalomethyl or halo; Y is 0, NH, NR1 or S; R1 and R2 are the same or different and are selected from hydrogen, (C1-C4) alkyl, phenyl and phenyl (C1-C4) alkyl; n is an integer of from 1 to 5; and Z is carboxy, amino, monoalkylamino, or dialkylamino. Also provided are agronomically acceptable salts, esters and amides of a compound of Formula I when Z is carboxy.

In some embodiments, CAR T cells can include a CAR that specifically binds to a hapten. Some embodiments relate to the in vivo or in vitro stimulation CAR T cells by hapten labeled cells.
