A liquid sample containing an analyte antibody and a solution containing an enzyme-labeled second antibody are fed successively to a microporous membrane on which an antigen is immobilized, to form a complex of the immobilized antigen, the antibody and the enzyme-labeled second antibody. Thereafter, an enzyme substrate is fed to the membrane to cause a luminous reaction on the membrane. The existence and the quantity of the antibody are detected based on the luminous quantity. The use of chemiluminescence enables to detect the antibody at extremely high sensitivity. When the luminescence is detected by means of a photography film, adjustment of the exposure time enables to set up the sensitivity at any magnitude. Especially, use of an instant photography film can provide an extremely convenient and rapid detection of the antibody.
将含有分析抗体的液体样品和含有酶标记第二抗体的溶液依次送入固定了抗原的微孔膜,以形成固定抗原、抗体和酶标记第二抗体的复合物。然后,将酶底物送入膜上,使膜上发生发光反应。根据发光量检测抗体的存在和数量。使用化学发光技术能以极高的灵敏度检测抗体。当使用照相胶片检测发光时,通过调整曝光时间,可以设定任何灵敏度。特别是使用即时照相胶片可以极其方便快捷地检测抗体。
