制备方法与用途

本品可用作天然橡胶、合成橡胶及胶乳的辅助促进剂。由于加热时能分解出游离硫，也可作为硫化剂使用，其有效含硫量为其质量的28%。用作硫化剂时，在操作温度下相对安全，硫化后的胶料具有优良的耐热和耐老化性能。

在氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶、丁苯橡胶及丁基橡胶中，本品可作为主促进剂使用。当与噻唑类促进剂并用时，特别适用于丁腈胶，能显著提高硫化胶的压缩变形性和耐热性。

制造胶乳海绵时，宜与促进剂Willing MZ配合使用。此外，本品易于在干橡胶中分散，也可溶于水中且不会产生污染。通常用于制作耐热制品、电缆等。
