    摘要:
    A novel enzymatic resolution of alpha-acetoxysulfides using Pseudomonas fluorescens lipase is reported. Selectivity is highly dependent on the substrate and solvent, with enantiomeric excesses of >95% in some cases. We believe these are the first examples of enzymatic resolutions of an S,O-acetal.

    α,β-Diacetoxy sulphides are precursors of chiral oxathiolanes and have been resolved by Pseudomonas fluorescens lipase catalysed hydrolysis. The resolution proceeds with complete regioselectivity for the primary acetate and excellent enantioselectivity in most cases.

    New oxorhenium complexes with 2-(diphenylphosphanyl)-N-(2-thioethyl)benzamide (HPNS) and trimethyl-, triethyl- and triphenyl-hydroxyl silylated monodentate thiols are reported. These new complexes have been prepared by reacting [(NBu4)-Bu-n][Re(O)Cl-4] with the tridentate HPNS and the corresponding silylated thiol at room temperature. The characterization of the complexes involved elemental analysis, P-31 and H-1 NMR spectroscopies and X-ray crystallographic analysis for the triethyl-silylated Re complex.     The synthesis of hydroxyl silylated thiols as monodentate ligands is described. These monodentates were used to build with Re and 99mTc trimethyl-, triethyl- and triphenyl-silylated ‘3+1’ mixed ligand complexes, using 3thiapentane-1,5-dithiol as co-ligand. The Re complexes were characterized by 1H NMR and elemental analysis, the 99mTc complexes were detected by radio HPLC. While the trimethyl silylated derivatives hydrolysed in aqueous media, the triethyl- and triphenyl silylated complexes have proved to be stable in neutral solutions.
