    The present invention concerns new amino alcohol derivatives, a process for their production as well as pharmaceutical preparations and reagents which contain these substances. The invention concerns pharmaceutical agents of the general formula I 1 in which A denotes hydrogen, a group NR 1 R 2 , a group NR 1 (CH 2 ) p NR 3 R 4 , a group (C═NH)NH 2 or a pyridinyl residue, B and D are the same or different and each denotes a bond, a C 1 to C 6 alkylene residue or a group NR 5 —C 2 to C 6 -alkylene, C denotes piperidinediyl or piperazinediyl, W and X are the same or different and each denotes a bond or a carbonyl group, Y and Z are the same or different and each denotes a saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon residue with 7 to 24 carbon atoms, R 1 to R 5 are the same or different and each represents hydrogen or a C 1 to C 6 alkyl residue, m is an integer 0, 1 or 2 and if m equals 2 C can also independently of one another be piperidinediyl or piperazinediyl, n and o are the same or different and each denotes the integers 2, 3 or 4 and p denotes an integer from 2 to 6 as well as physiologically tolerated salts thereof, provided that hydrazine derivatives are not included and that m cannot be 0 if A denotes hydrogen or a group (C═NH)NH 2 and B and D being the same or different represent a bond or an alkylene residue.

    Disclosed is a catalyst composition for polyurethane resin production which contains (A) triethylenediamine, (B) a specific polyisocyanurating catalyst and/or (C) a specific highly temperature-sensitive catalyst. By using this catalyst composition, a polyurethane resin can be molded with good curability, while suppressing initial reactivity. Consequently, a polyurethane resin having excellent moldability and fluidity can be produced with high productivity by using the catalyst composition. The thus-obtained polyurethane resin is suitably applicable to shoe soles. The component (B) is selected from the group consisting of alkali metal salts of carboxylic acids, quaternary ammonium compounds expressed as R 1 R 2 R 3 R 4 N + ,X − , N,N,N′-trimethylaminoethylethanolamine, and 2,4,6-tris(dimethylaminomethyl)phenol, while the component (C) is selected from the group consisting of triazole salts and benzotriazole salts of 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undecene-7 or 1,5-diazabicyclo[4.3.0]nonene-5. The mixing ratio of the component (B) and/or the component (C) to the component (A) is from 2% by weight to 60% by weight.

    Flexible polyurethane foams are produced by reacting a polyol and a polyisocyanate in the presence of a catalysts and other auxiliary agents, the process characterized in that a tin-based catalyst is not used. One process includes reacting a polyether polyol containing at least 5% by weight of an oxyethylene group in the chain and having a terminal secondary OH group, a toluene diisocyanate and/or a derivative, and one or more specified imidazole compounds, the process conducted in the absence of a tin-based catalyst.

    To provide a catalyst composition which is a catalyst composition not impairing the physical properties of a polyurethane resin and the storage stability of the starting material blend liquid and which is capable of producing a polyurethane resin excellent in curability and also excellent in moldability by suppressing the initial reactivity, with good productivity.
