Abstract The Lα and Kβ 5 X-ray emission spectra ( L III - M IV , V and K - N II , III transitions respectively) of vanadium and the Lβ 2, 15 X-ray emission spectra ( L III - N IV , V transition) of zirconium in the compounds ZrV 2 and ZrV 2 D x ( x = 2;4.8) have been studied.
