Synthesis of some fused heterocycles based on thieno[2,3-b]pyridine and their antimicrobial activity

2-d]pyrimidine-3(4H)-amine. These two derivatives underwent cyclocondensation reactions with commercially available reactants to afford new heterocycles containing the thieno[2,3-b]pyridine moiety. Some of the synthesized derivatives were tested for antimicrobial and antifungal activity.
在催化量的二硫化碳存在下,3-氨基-4,6-二甲基噻吩并[2,3- b ]吡啶-2-腈与乙二胺的反应得到了2-(4,5-二氢-1H-咪唑- 2-基)-4,6-二甲基噻吩并[[2,3- b ]吡啶-3-胺同时与原甲酸三乙酯反应,然后与水合肼反应,得到4-亚氨基-7,9-二甲基吡啶[3', 2':4,5]噻吩并[3,2 - d ]嘧啶-3(4H)-胺。这两种衍生物与市售反应物进行环缩合反应,得到含有噻吩并[2,3- b ]吡啶部分的新杂环。测试了一些合成的衍生物的抗微生物和抗真菌活性。
