Unsymmetrical Porphyrin and Its Two Groups of Lanthanide Complexes: Synthesis, Spectroscopy, and Thermal Analysis
摘要:
A new unsymmetrical porphyrin, 5-[p-(4-flourobenzoyloxy)]-phenyl-10,15,20-triphenyl porphyrin and its two groups of lanthanide complexes, hydroxyl porphyrin complexes and acetylacetonate porphyrin complexes were synthesized. They were characterized by elemental analyses, molar conductance, UV-Vis, IR, and H-1 NMR spectra. Characterization techniques indicated that both hydroxyl and porphyrin were coordinated to the lanthanide ion to form pentadentate lanthanide complex. Their luminescent properties were studied by excitation and emission spectra, Quantum yields of Q band fluorescence complexes are in the region 0.0032-0.169 at room temperature. Porphyrin can be used as antenna to sensitize lanthanide ions. They have potential application as fluorescence probes. Differential thermal analysis showed that they all have higher stability (decompose only at 200 degrees C).
