In addition, we describe the metalation of 2 and 3 with triisopropylindium. These reactions lead to the compounds [OC2H4P(SiiPr3)IniPr2}2] (4) and [OSiiPr2P(Et)IniPr2}2] (5) with In2P2 ring structures.
