发现 2-甲基-2,5-二氧代-1,2-氧杂磷烷 (1) 与氰化三甲基甲硅烷基反应会产生三种有机磷化合物,具体取决于条件:甲基(2-氰基羰基乙基)次膦酸三甲基甲硅烷基酯 (2)、三甲基甲硅烷基(3-三甲基甲硅烷氧基-3,3-二氰基丙基)次膦酸甲酯(3)和(3-三甲基-甲硅烷氧基-3-氰基-2-丙烯基)次膦酸三甲基甲硅烷基酯(4),在温和条件下水解3时,甲基(3-得到羟基-3,3-二羧丙基)次膦酸(7)。后者在加热时容易脱羧得到甲基(3-羟基-3-羧基-丙基)次膦酸(8)。2和4与水或醇的相互作用相应地产生甲基[2-羧基(烷氧基羰基)乙基]次膦酸(11-13)。
