  Aryltrisilanes with the general formula ArnSi3H8-n (Ar=phenyl and/or p-tolyl, n = 2,3,4,5,6,7) have been prepared from corresponding arylfluoro-, arylchloro- or arylbromotrisilanes and LiAlH4.
