  摘要：

  Sixteen different N,N'-bis[(dialkylphosphono)-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl]diamines 2 are obtained in high to moderate yields by Arbusov reaction of bis(4,6-dichloro-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)diamines I and trialkylphosphites. Unexpectedly, at room temperature only two of four phosphorus atoms are magnetic equivalent as it is demonstrated by C-13 and P-31 NMR investigations.
