Reactions of silacyclopropanes with 1,2-dipolar reagents: diazomethane and methylenetrimethylphosphorane

The reaction of diazomethane with hexamethyl-, 1,1,2,2,3-pentamethyl-2-ethyl- and 1,1,2,2,3-pentamethylsilirane in diethyl ether solution resulted in (formal) CH2 insertion into the SiC2 ring to give silacyclobutanes as products. The reaction of methylenetrimethylphosphorane with hexamethylsilirane produced a new phosphorus ylide, Me2CHCMe2SiMe2CHP+Me3.
重氮甲烷与六甲基,1,1,2,2,3-五甲基-2-乙基和1,1,2,2,3-五甲基甲硅烷基在乙醚溶液中的反应导致CH2插入(正式)CH 2 SiC 2环产生硅环丁烷作为产物。亚甲基三甲基膦烷与六甲基甲硅烷基的反应生成了新的磷内酯Me 2 CHCMe 2 SiMe 2 CHP + Me 3。
