  Beschrieben werden Benzoylguanidine der Formel I in der R(1) oder R(2) eine Aminogruppe -NR(3)R(4) sind, mit R(3) und R(4) gleich H, (Cyclo-)-Alkyl oder R(3) gleich Phenyl-(CH2)p- mit p = 0, 1, 2, 3 oder 4, oder Phenyl, oder R(3) und R(4) auch gemeinsam eine Methylenkette sein können, und in welcher der jeweils andere Substituent R(1) oder R(2) H, F, Cl, Alkyl, Alkoxy, CF3, CmF2m+1-CH2-, Benzyl oder Phenoxy ist, sowie deren pharmazeutisch verträgliche Salze.
