  The invention relates generally to compounds which are allosteric modulators (e.g., negative and positive allosteric modulators, allosteric agonists, and ago-allosteric modulators) of the G protein coupled receptor PTHRl, also known as parathyroid hormone/parathyroid hormone related protein receptor.
