  混合的无环酰亚胺是使用酰胺阴离子和在低温下在THF中反应的五氟苯基酯组装而成的。六甲基二硅叠氮化钠使内酰胺4脱质子，然后添加五氟苯基（PFP）酯，以高收率（85-90％）得到酰亚胺。在碱性条件下，还将无环TMS保护的伯酰胺与PFP酯反应，得到混合的酰亚胺。

  Mixed acyclic imides are assembled using amide anions and pentafluorophenyl esters reacted in THF at low temperature. Sodium hexamethyldisilazide deprotonates lactam 4 followed by addition of pentafluorophenyl (PFP) esters to give imides in high yield (85–90%). Acyclic TMS-protected primary amides were also reacted under basic conditions with PFP esters to give mixed imides.
