  compounds containing cyclohexyl group were prepared by hydrogenation of corresponding phenylsilanes. They are: trimethylcyclohexylsilane, dimethyldicyclohexylsilane, methyltricyclohexylsilane, and tetracyclohexylsilane. Physical constants and infrared absorption spectra of these compounds were measured and discussions on the steric hindrance were done with Stuart models.
