Bicyclo[3.3.0]tetrasila-1,3,5,7-tetrasilazanes (A) are prepared, for the first time, by the reaction of bis(alkylamino)silanes with 1,2-dimethyltetrachlorodisilane. The properties of compounds A are described. From 1H NMR spectra and X-ray structure analysis, especially of the Si-hexamethyl-N-tetratolyl substituted compounds, the bicyclic structure is suggested in preference of a bis(cyclodisilazanyl)
通过双(烷基氨基)硅烷与1,2-二甲基四氯乙硅烷的反应,首次制备了双环[3.3.0]四硅-1,3,5,7-四硅氮烷(A)。描述了化合物A的性质。从1 H NMR光谱和X-射线结构分析,特别是Si-六甲基-N-四甲苯基取代的化合物,建议双环结构优先于双(环二硅氮烷基)结构。
