  摘要：

  Dinuclear complexes of Re(I) are prepared by functionalising a symmetric, bent-core mesogen containing two imine groups. The resulting complex is characterised by single crystal X-ray diffraction and presents the expected geometry, but unfortunately the introduction of the two Re(CO)(4) moieties suppresses the mesomorphism of the parent ligand.
