  四种新的氮菌酮类化合物，分别为硬膜菌素A-D（1-4），以及我们首次确定其绝对构型的二聚体硬膜菌素E（5），以及从与海绵Paratetilla sp.相关的硬膜菌Penicillium sclerotiorum OUCMDZ-3839的发酵液中分离出的12种已知类似物（5-16）。通过光谱分析、旋光、ECD光谱、X射线单晶衍射和化学转化等手段，阐明了新结构，包括绝对构型。化合物11和14对α-葡萄糖苷酶显示出显著的抑制活性，IC50值分别为17.3和166.1μM。此外，化合物5、7、10、12-14和16对H1N1病毒显示出中等生物活性。

  The present application provides a compound for use in the treatment of a subject suffering from itch, wherein said compound is endothelin-converting enzyme (ECE-1), a MEK1 inhibitor, or an ETAR inhibitor.
