Seven thallium(I) germanates have been identified in the binary system Tl2OGeO2. Tl6Ge2O7 and Tl8Ge5O14 melt congruently, Tl4GeO4, Tl2Ge4O9, Tl2Ge6O13, and Tl2Ge7O15 melt incongruently, and Tl2Ge2O5 is decomposed in the solid state.
