制备方法与用途

用途

保健食品、乳制品。

鉴别试验
  • 溶解性:不溶于;溶于稀盐酸和稀硝酸。按OT-42方法测定。
    • 取1%试样的稀盐酸试液(TS-117)的溶液1ml,加数滴硝酸银试液(TS-210)。应产生能溶于稀硝酸试液(TS-158)的白色沉淀。
    • 取试样约100mg,加稀盐酸试液5ml和5ml,温热溶解,滴加试液(TS-13)2.5ml,伴以振摇,再加5ml草酸铵试液(TS-24)。应生成白色沉淀。
含量分析

精确称取试样约200mg,溶于10ml稀盐酸试液(TS-117)中。加约120ml,冷却30min,在冷却期间按需要添加稀盐酸,使溶液的体积和pH值保持恒定。冷却后加0.05mol/L EDTA25ml,用稀释至200ml。用强试液(TS-14)中和。加10ml缓冲液(PH 10;TS-12)和黑试液(TS-97)数滴。用0.05mol/L硫酸锌滴定。每ml 0.05mol/L EDTA相当于焦磷酸钙(Ca2P2O7)6.352mg。

    Shaped, preferably porous, inorganic bodies are provided which are prepared from a reactive blend. In accordance with one preferred embodiment, the solution is absorbed into a porous sacrificial substrate such as a cellulose sponge. The solution-saturated substrate is heated and an oxidation-reduction reaction occurs thereby forming an inorganic solid. A shaped, inorganic body is formed in situ. Optional, but preferred additional thermal treatment of the shaped, inorganic body removes the organic substrate, leaving an inorganic body that faithfully mimics the porosity, shape, and other physical characteristics of the organic substrate. Inorganic substrates may also be used to good effect. Large varieties of shaped bodies can be prepared in accordance with other embodiments of the invention and such shapes find wide use in surgery, laboratory and industrial processes and otherwise. The invention also provides chemically and morphologically uniform powders, including those having uniformly small sizes.

    A suspension or a particle-solvent mixture system, which contains microparticles of zinc-containing calcium phosphate with particular chemical composition, specifically, microparticles of sparingly soluble zinc-containing calcium phosphate, and a therapeutic agent for treating zinc deficiency are provided. Particularly, a suspension or particle-solvent mixture system is prepared by mixing microparticles of zinc-containing calcium phosphate consisting of from 0.6 ppm to 13% by weight of zinc, 33-57% by weight of P 2 O 5 , 10-65% by weight of CaO and 0-28% by weight of H 2 O with a water-miscible or water-immiscible solvent. Such a suspension or particle-solvent mixture system can be used as a therapeutic agent for treating zinc deficiency.

The calcium phosphate particles are coated with a dye and the dye is fixed to the particles by the aluminum hydroxide. Also provided is a method for making a calcium phosphate colorant in which aluminum hydroxide is mixed with a calcium phosphate slurry to deposit aluminum hydroxide onto the calcium phosphate particles contained within the slurry.
