    摘要:
    A novel mixed-ligand complex ZnPhen(i-Pr2NCS2)(2) has been synthesized and its single crystals grown. We have determined its crystal structure from X-ray diffraction data. The structure consists of monomeric molecules, a zinc atom surrounded by two nitrogen and four sulfur atoms making a distorted octahedron. Various packing modes of molecules forming isolated 'dimers', ribbons (chains), columns and layers have emerged from the study of the spatial molecule arrangement in the complexes ZnPhen(R2NCS2)(2) (R=Me, Et, i-Pr, n-Pr, i-Bu, n-Bu). The interactions between the Phen molecules have also been studied for these complexes. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.

    A lubricating oil composition comprises (A) a base oil, (B) a 3-methyl-5-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl substituted fatty acid ester in an amount of 0.1 - 5 percent by mass and (C) an auxiliary component, said auxiliary component being one member of the group of (a) a nitrogen-containing compound in an amount of 0.001 - 1 percent by mass, (b) a sulfur and/or phosphorus-containing compound in an amount of 0.1 - 5.0 percent by mass or (c) a phenolic compound in an amount of 0.1 - 5.0 percent by mass. This composition features the combination with a base oil of these specified components whereby there is provided synergistic effect conducive to inhibition or prevention of both oxidation and sludge formation while in use under elevated temperature conditions over extended periods of time.

    A method of improving the fuel economy characteristics of a lubricant comprises mixing the lubricant with a C2 to C12 aliphatic carboxylate salt of molybdenum and a dialkyldithio zinc compound selected from the group consisting of zinc dialkyldithiophosphate and zinc dialkyldithiocarbamate. The synergistic interaction of the aliphatic carboxylate salt of molybdenum and the zinc salt results in at least a 30% reduction in the coefficient of friction at 100°C.

    The present invention provides a method for producing a rubber composition containing a rubber component (A) of at least one selected from natural rubbers and synthetic dienic rubbers, an inorganic filler (B), a silane coupling agent (C) and an acidic compound (D), wherein the rubber composition is kneaded in multiple stages, and in the final stage of kneading, the acidic compound (D) is added, and the highest temperature of the rubber composition in the final stage of kneading is from 60 to 120°C. The production method enables production of a rubber composition having a low-heat-generation property while successfully preventing the coupling function activity of the silane coupling agent from lowering.

    The invention is a process for producing a rubber composition containing at least one rubber component (A) selected from natural rubbers and synthetic diene rubbers, a filler containing an inorganic filler (B), a silane coupling agent (C) and a vulcanization accelerator (D), wherein the rubber composition is kneaded in multiple stages, the rubber component (A), all or a portion of the inorganic filler (B), all or a portion of the silane coupling agent (C) and the vulcanization accelerator (D) are added and kneaded in the first stage of kneading, and the specific energy for kneading in the first stage is from 0.05 to 1.50 kWh/kg. The specific energy is obtained by dividing the power consumption by the motor in the kneading device in the first stage of kneading by the total mass of the rubber composition therein. In the process, the coupling function activity can be further increased and a rubber composition favorably having a low-heat-generation property and having good abrasion resistance can be obtained.

    Provided are processes for producing a rubber composition, which enable a suitably low heat-generating rubber composition to be obtained by further improving coupling function activity of a silane coupling agent. More specifically, provided is a process for producing a rubber composition comprising a rubber component (A) comprising at least one selected from natural rubbers and synthetic diene rubbers, a filler containing an inorganic filler (B), a silane coupling agent (C), and at least two kinds of chemical agents (D) and (E) selected from guanidines, sulfenamides, thiazoles, thiurams, dithiocarbamates, thioureas, and xanthates, wherein the rubber composition is kneaded in a plurality of stages wherein, in the first stage (X) of kneading, the rubber component (A), all or a portion of the inorganic filler (B), all or a portion of the silane coupling agent (C), and at least two kinds of the chemical agents (D) and (E) are added and kneaded. Also provided is a process for producing a rubber composition, wherein the rubber composition is kneaded in a kneading step comprising three or more stages wherein, in the first stage (X) of kneading, the rubber component (A), all or a portion of the inorganic filler (B), all or a portion of the silane coupling agent (C) are kneaded; in a stage (Y) after the first stage but before the last stage of kneading, at least two kinds of the chemical agents (D) and (E) are added and kneaded; and, in the last stage (Z) of kneading, a vulcanizing agent is added and kneaded.
