    摘要:
    苯甲酸芳基酯是有机合成中非常重要的化合物。在此,我们报告了铁催化的氯苯甲酸芳基酯与烷基格氏试剂的 C(sp2)–C(sp3) Kumada 交叉偶联。该方法的特点是使用环境友好且可持续的铁盐在催化系统中进行交叉偶联,使用良性尿素配体代替生殖毒性 NMP(NMP = N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮)。值得注意的是,在存在水解不稳定且易于亲核加成酚酯 C(酰基)-O 键的情况下实现了交叉偶联的高选择性。该反应提供了获得烷基官能化苯甲酸芳基酯的途径。对各种 O 配位配体的检查表明,尿素配体在促进交叉偶联与酯 C(酰基)-O 键的亲核加成方面具有高活性。

Means for Solving the Subject A polymerizable liquid crystal compound represented by formula (1) wherein A 1 and A 2 are each a cyclic-structure group; Z 1 is a bonding group; m is an integer from 0 to 5; P 1 is a polymerizable group represented by formula (2-1); Q 1 is alkylene having 1 to 20 carbons; P 2 is a polymerizable group represented by any one of formula (2-1) to formula (2-4), hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine, —CN, —CF 3 , —OCF 3 , alkyl having 1 to 20 carbons or alkoxy having 1 to 20 carbons; Q 2 is a group defined in Q 1 when P 2 is a polymerizable group and, and Q 2 is a single bond when P 2 is not a polymerizable group; and in formula (2-2) to formula (2-4), Ra is hydrogen, halogen or alkyl having 1 to 5 carbons.
