Some photoelectric properties of single crystals of ternary compounds of the type V-VI-VII (V = Sb, Bi; VI = S, Se, Te; VII = C1, Br, I) were studied. The wavelengths of maximum photocurrent, λmax shift in a regular way towards longer wavelengths with increasing atomic weight of the components.
