焦磷酸盐镀铜

焦磷酸盐镀铜是一种广泛应用的电镀铜工艺,国内不少电镀厂都采用这一方法。该工艺的一个显著特点是镀液稳定,镀层结晶细致,分散能力和覆盖能力比酸性镀铜更好。此外,与氰化物镀铜相比,其阴极电流效率更高,能够获得较厚的镀层,并且在电镀过程中不会产生刺激性气体,因此可以省去通风设备。该工艺对设备无腐蚀作用,特别适用于印刷线路板和锌合金压铸件的电镀。

然而,焦磷酸盐镀液的配制成本较高,长期使用(一般几年内)会导致正磷酸盐积累,使沉积速度明显下降。尤其在钢铁、铝合金以及锌合金等电势较低的金属基体上进行直接电镀时,需先经过预镀或预处理才能确保镀层与基体的良好结合。

焦磷酸铜

焦磷酸铜主要应用于无氰电镀工艺中,作为提供镀液中铜离子的主要原料。在镀液中,它会与络合剂焦磷酸钾反应生成焦磷酸铜络离子:Cu₂P₂O₇ + 3K₄P₂O₇ = 2K₆[ Cu(P₂O₇)₂ ];K₆[ Cu(P₂O₇)₂ ] → 6K⁺ + [ Cu(P₂O₇)₂ ]⁶⁻。镀液中的铜含量对阴极极化和工作电流密度有较大影响。一般情况下,普通镀铜溶液中铜的浓度应控制在22~27 g/L之间;对于光亮镀铜,则需要更高的铜浓度(27~35g/L)。如果铜含量过低会导致沉积速度降低、允许的工作电流范围变窄以及镀层的光亮度和整平性差。而若铜含量过高,则会降低阴极极化作用,使镀层变得粗糙。为解决这一问题,在增加焦磷酸钾的同时,还需注意控制镀液黏度、导电能力和分散能力等参数。

化学性质

焦磷酸盐是淡绿色粉末状物质,易溶于酸而不溶于水。它能与焦磷酸钾发生络合反应形成可溶性的焦磷酸铜钾络盐。

生产方法
