Anthracene and pyrene end-capped ethynyl styrylene bridged triarylamines with D-π-D’ architectures were synthesized to explore the influence of donor motifs on OFET properties. The fabricated BGTC device exhibited p-channel behavior with highmobility and on/off current ratio up to 2.6 cm2/Vs and 107 and a low threshold voltage of −9 V, respectively.
