    Micelles-mediated synthesis of magnetic Fe3Pt nanoparticles of cubic morphology and their characterisation
    摘要:
    Development of a new synthetic route for the evolution of Fe3Pt particles with cubic morphology has been discussed here. These particles are expected to be applied for hyperthermia therapy due to their soft magnetic character because of a sharp fall of magnetic moment in the neighbourhood of 320 K. The soft magnetic property is due to their isotropic cubic morphology and structure. Published by Elsevier B.V.

    Abstract Comparison of small angle neutron scattering in Fe 3 Pt and Fe 65 Ni 35 leads to the conclusion that Fe 6 Pt is an instable ferromagnet showing strong magnetic interactions of both dynamic and quasistatic nature.

    The magnetization of Fe 3 Pt Invar alloys with various long range order parameters has been measured in high magnetic fields up to 250 kOe. The relationship between the Curie temperature and the order parameter was obtained, and was interpreted in terms of the two γ states model, in which the excitation energy between the low spin states and the high spin states of Fe depends on the local environment

    Magnetization, magnetostriction and magnetic anisotropy of Fe 3 Pt Invar alloys were investigated by changing the degree of long range order. The anomalous behaviour was found in magnetostriction and magnetic torque curves in the ordered Fe 3 Pt alloy at low temperatures. These anomalies are interpreted in terms of the reversible martensitic transformation caused by magnetic energy change.

    Abstract The electrical resistivity of ordered Fe 3 Pt has been observed at high pressure up to 15 GPa. Above 4.5 GPa, T 2 dependence in the temperature dependent electrical resistivity is observed. The coefficients are found to increase with pressure and show a divergence near 16 GPa. This result indicates a quantum critical point near 16 GPa.
