  摘要：

  The hexahydride OsH6((PPr3)-Pr-i)(2) reacts with cyclohexylmethyl ketone to give the trihydride OsH3-{C6H8C(O)CH3)((PPr3)-Pr-i)(2), which has been characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. In solution, the hydride ligands of this complex undergo two different thermally activated exchange processes. Two of them also show weak quantum exchange coupling.
