制备方法与用途

化学性质
本品为无色或白色菱状或针状结晶。相对密度1.788,于80℃脱水,100℃分解。易溶于水,溶于稀酸,难溶于氢氟酸,不溶于醇。其水溶液呈酸性反应,与碱作用时可生成相应的氟化物及二氧化硅。不易潮解。风化后失水成无水物。

用途
作皮革储存中的防虫剂,并具有防水作用。此外,用作混凝土的硬化剂和防水剂,适用于硅石建筑物表面处理及制造陶瓷。

生产方法
将1809公斤萤石粉、335公斤硅砂和1858公斤硫酸依次投入反应转炉中,制备氟硅酸,然后通过吸收塔吸收得含量为20~22°Bé的氟硅酸溶液。除去硫酸盐后将其打入中和釜,加入菱苦粉悬浮液中和至pH值为3~4。过滤后将滤液打入蒸发器浓缩,再打入结晶器冷却结晶。干燥后得到产品。
